The short version

We collect what you send us through the contact form so we can respond to it, and we measure aggregate website traffic so we know whether the site is working. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, city, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your request and to provide the service you asked about. Nothing more.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every visit: the pages requested, approximate region, browser type, and referring site. This is aggregate and does not identify you personally. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

Cookies. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and a consent notice will appear before any such cookie is set.

These are every third party that touches data from this website. We name them individually rather than referring to “trusted partners”, so you can read their policies yourself.

  The studio that built and maintains this website receives a copy of contact form messages, so that a form which quietly stops working is noticed instead of losing enquiries nobody knows about. It reads them to keep the form running and does not use your details for its own marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept in our business inbox for as long as we may reasonably need them for the work — typically the life of the project plus our normal business records retention. Aggregate analytics are retained according to the provider’s standard retention window.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• • Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it — write to info@alphaarchitectroofing.com.
• • Block cookies and storage in your browser settings. Nothing on this site depends on them.
• • Send a Do Not Track signal from your browser. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers regardless.
• • Simply not use the contact form, and call us instead.

Washington residents

Washington’s My Health My Data Act concerns consumer health data. We do not collect, process, or sell any health data through this website.

Children

This website is for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we add a tool that changes what is collected, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
