About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern roofing work — that is covered by the written proposal and contract you sign before any work begins. If the two ever appear to conflict, your signed contract controls.

Information on this site is general

The service descriptions, guidance, and answers on this website are general information about roofing. They are not an assessment of your specific roof, and no one should act on them as if they were. Every roof is different, and the only way to know what yours needs is to have someone look at it.

Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this website is a quote, an offer, or a binding price. We do not publish prices because a roof cannot be honestly priced without being inspected. A price becomes binding only in a written proposal signed by both parties.

Contacting us through this site

Submitting the contact form does not create a contractor-client relationship, and it does not guarantee availability or a response within any particular timeframe. If your roof is actively leaking, call us rather than relying on the form.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that it is yours to submit, and that you will not use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages or anything unlawful.

Licensing

Alpha Architect Roofing LLCis registered as a contractor with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. You can verify the registration, bond, and insurance status of any Washington contractor — including ours — through L&I’s public Verify a Contractor tool. We encourage you to do that before hiring anyone, including us.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, photographs, and the Alpha Architect Roofing name and logo on this site belong to Alpha Architect Roofing LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to L&I, to a manufacturer, or to a service provider’s privacy policy — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Alpha Architect Roofing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed work contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
